如何提高水果周转箱的使用寿命?
选择合适的钢料生产模架和模具主要部分，水果周转箱模具钢料需选用H13钢料制作模架，其钢料调质后可达HRC40-44。我们已经研发出了一出二、一出四周转箱模具，这类模具适合高速注塑机，成型周期可达42秒。

How to improve the service life of fruit crate?
The H13 steel should be selected to produce the mold base and the main part of the mold for the fruit crate,and the steel can reach hrc40-44 after quenching and tempering. We have developed 2 cavities, 4 cavities crate mold, this kind of mold is suitable for high-speed injection molding machine, molding cycle can reach 42seconds.
